Returns
If you would like to return an item, please call us at 612-216-1127 or send us a message using the form in our Contact Us page. In your message, provide the reason for the return. We will then issue a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number to you to begin processing your return.
Please note: You must contact us within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept returns without an RMA number. We do not cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges unless it is due to our company’s error.
To receive full credit or an exchange, all returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Exchanges must be of the same value or additional charges will apply.
